Introduction

The aim of the paint expert activities is to assist the customers in getting a good quality surface-protection. The preconditions of getting proper painting and surface-protection are:
1.    the development of the best possible coating technology for the given purpose,
2.    the correct selection of the coating and
3.    regular and strickt control of the execution.

Main fields of the paint expert’s activities

• to define the exact requirements, to document initial conditions (status survey), to select the coating materials to be applied and to perform their lab testing if necessary  (liquid paint tests; tests of the coating on substrate) to prepare the reference coating, to define the technology of the surface-protection process, continuous supervision of the surface-protection process, to qualify the prepared coating system

The tests required during our expert activities are carried out to the specifications of the effective MSZ EN ISO standards.
