PURAKRIL Enamel and Lacker Two component top coat and lacquer

Two component decorative paint primarily for metal substrates e.g. motor vehicles and steel structures exposed to corrosive outdoor conditions.

PURAKRIL enamel has high gloss, coating is tough, elastic, weather-resistant and not apt to chalking or changing their colour. It preserves the decorative appearance and other advantageous properties for long periods of time.

It shall be applied by spraying. The coating can be dried at room temperature as well as at higher (90°C) temperatures.

APPLICATION

PURAKRIL enamel and lacquer can be applied by spraying. Measure out the necessary quantities of components „A” and „B” in the stated ratio and thoroughly stir the mixture. Adjust the consistency of the mixture to the value necessary for easy application by adding PURAKRIL thinner as necessary. At 20°C use all the thinned mixture within 4 hours after mixing. The coating will dry in 24 hours at room temperature, but will reach its final hardness after 7 days.

For outdoor coating system we recommend the following layer scheme:

• 2 layers of R-Epox Primer (80-90 µm)
• 1 layer R-Epox top coat (40-50 µm)
• 1-2 layer Poliuretan topcoat (e.g. Purakril enamel 30-50 µm)
