Development of a new, environmentally friendly, enamel-like, particularly sophisticated generation of high-temperature ECO-Therm paints VÁLLALATI KFI_16
"FKI Industrial Paint Research Ltd. has been awarded a grant of HUF 80.53 million from the National Fund for Research, Development and Innovation for the project " VÁLLALATI KFI_16. " The aim of our project is the development and commercialization of a newly developed, durable, high-quality paint family with reduced carbon and organic solvent content and with a reduced greenhouse effect. Solid fuel stoves, ovens, stoves, barbecues and fittings as well as high-temperature metal structures (exhausts, engine components) can be given an aesthetic and durable surface protection. The ECO-Therm paint family got two new members.

2K Heat MIO

Low-solvent, heat-resistant 2-component silicone resin-based paint with active anti-corrosive pigments. For the aesthetic coating and protection of metal surfaces (fireplaces, stoves, barbecues, exhausts, flue pipes, heat systems, etc.) exposed to permanently high temperatures (<300 ° C) in low to moderate corrosive environments.

2K THERMORESIST HSR ECO 1000


Solvent-reduced, enamel-like, heat-resistant 2-component paint. Heat-resistant paint with high surface hardness and with a silky or glossy finish for the decorative coating of metal surfaces permanently exposed to high temperatures (200-600°C)









The project "Development of a new, environmentally friendly, enamel-like, particularly sophisticated generation of high-temperature ECO-Therm paints" has been completed.


As a result of our project, we have developed the high-quality ECO-Therm paint family with reduced carbon and organic solvent content and reduced greenhouse effect, whose new members are the following:

2K THERMORESIST CAST IRON PAINT ECO 1000


Air-drying, low-solvent two-component fireplace varnish. Suitable for the aesthetic coating of cast iron surfaces exposed to high temperatures.


2K THERMORESIST HSR

Air-drying, smoke-free 2-component paint based on silicone resin with organic solvent and high solids content with excellent adhesion properties.
