R-EPOX two-component primer

Field of application: R-EPOX primers are suitable for the anticorrosion or general priming of steel, aluminium, mineral and wood surfaces. The primer is able to fill out and correct minor surface unevenesses. Applied in 1 or 2 layers, an elastic, 50-80 µm thick coating can be formed and, applied in 2 layers, it can also be used as a well polishing filler primer. It can be dried at room temperature or accelerated at 80^oC.

R-EPOX primer coatings can be overcoated with an R-EPOX finish after 6 hours drying or with any type of finishing enamel following a full hardening (24h, 20 ^oC). R-EPOX is particularly recommended for use with two-component polyurethane-based paints (Purakril enamels. Swimming pool paints, etc.).

R-EPOX two-component finish

Field of application: For the outdoor and indoor protection of iron and steel surfaces, mineral surfaces and wood surfaces, which are exposed to chemicals and corrosion. Due to chalking, in outdoor applications overcoating with an additional, polyurethane finish is recommended. R-EPOX coatings are silky gloss, tough, resistant to water and chemicals. R-EPOX can be applied by pneumatic or airless spraying and can be dried both at ambient or higher temperatures.
